Hi Whackers,
Noel Ogden (Social Director) has booked LUCIOLI Restaurant, located in the Claremont Quarter for our mid- year function. The date is the 25th June starting at 12.30 pm. The address 117/12 Gugeri Street, Claremont. Phone 93832883. This is a superb Italian restaurant and we will be served a three course lunch with choices for each course. The contribution for members and partners is $50 per head including food and drink. The club will subsidise the balance. As the lunch is only two weeks away a prompt response would be appreciated so that we can finalise arrangements with the Restaurant. Please try to make it if you can. The players numbers have dropped off in the last few weeks and this event may help generate some interest in our club and maybe prompt members to attend on Thursdays, the food has been excellent the past few weeks and the company is as good as ever. All the more reason to make a day of it.
We will not be having dinner after golf this Thursday (15th June). Football. We will still play and have a trophy presentation after the game. The trophy will presented by Frank Genovese.
